Hi there! As part of your onboarding, you must sign your employment agreement in person with Fathalla Solutions.You will be required to bring the following documents with you to your appointment.

1. Employment Agreement: download the document from the platform, and bring 3 copies to the appointment.
2. Passport-size photo: 6 copies.
3. Criminal Record document: obtained from your local police station. Normally this takes around 2-3 days to issue.
4. Work Footer “كعب العمل” - from your local labor office.
5. Military Service - all male employees under the age of 60 must upload proof that they are exempt or postponed.
6. National ID Card
7. Graduation Certificate
8. Birth Certificate

We will prepare the following documents for you to sign at your onboarding appointment.

1. Form 1 Social Insurance
2. Form 111 Health Insurance Authority - once signed by both parties, you will then need to take it away and book an appointment with the local health insurance authority.
